Step 1
Log in to TCS Connect.
Step 2
Click on "Communications" on the menu on the right upper corner of the page.

Your contact history will be displayed on a table that shows the ID number, coommunication summary, TCS code/Subject Clerk assigned to your inquery, created date, last updated date, the current status of the inquiry, and a "View" button for each communication.
To view the details of a specific communication, click on the "View" button.
Step 4
Here you will be able to see the remarks at different stages of the communication, along with the status of the communication.
